Construction Plus is a Brisbane Bayside based Builder that has been trading for 30 years, as a family owned business.
Leo Bax started the business in 1994, In 2000 Leanne joined the family business as an interior designer and in 2006 became a qualified builder. In 2023 following Leo’s retirement Leanne has taking over as Principal Builder/ Director.
Over the past 30 years we have built over 200 house and land packages, including Highset and Lowset homes, High Rise Sites, Commercial Buildings and many Townhouse and Unit Developments from 4 to 52 Units, acting as both Developer and Builder.
Leanne and her hardworking team custom design all builds to suit the land size, contours, and client’s specifications. With Leo’s past knowledge studying Technical/Civil Engineering pasted down to Leanne alongside her Interior Design study, we have the experience and education to create beautiful and functional homes.
Since Leo started Construction Plus we have maintained the loyalty and close relationships with most of our contractors, some of which have been with us from day one. This ensures that our work is of the utmost quality and remains consistent across all of our work.
