Construction Plus is a proud family-owned builder based in Brisbane’s Bayside, delivering quality homes and developments for over 30 years. Founded in 1994, the business has grown into a trusted name known for craftsmanship, personal service, and a hands-on approach from start to finish.

Reach out to our friendly team to explore what’s possible on your block of land. We’ll work with you to sketch an initial concept design and provide an indicative build cost so you know what to expect from the very beginning.

DRAFTING:

Once you’re happy to move forward, we’ll refine your design together in-house to ensure every detail is just right. From there, our draftsman will prepare a full set of architectural plans, ready for the next stage.

PRELIMINARY:

With your architectural plans approved, we’ll take care of the paperwork and prepare your building contracts. At this stage, we’ll also organise a soil test, finalise the engineering plans, and submit the building approval to council.

BUILD:

With all approvals and plans in place, it’s time to bring your dream home to life. Throughout the build, our team will keep you updated at every milestone and work closely with you to ensure the finished product is everything you imagined — and more.
