Construction Plus is a proud, family-owned builder based in Brisbane’s Bayside, with over 30 years of experience.

Founded in 1994 by Leo Bax, the business grew with the addition of Leanne in 2000, who first joined as an interior designer. By 2006, Leanne had become a qualified builder, and in 2023 she stepped into the role of Principal Builder and Director following Leo’s retirement—continuing the family tradition of quality craftsmanship and personal service.

Over the years, we’ve delivered more than 250 projects, ranging from highset and lowset homes to high-rise sites, commercial buildings, and townhouse and unit developments of up to 52 dwellings—working as both developer and builder.

With Leanne’s background in interior design combined with Leo’s technical and civil engineering knowledge passed down through the years, our team brings together the perfect blend of creativity and practical expertise. Every home is custom-designed to suit the land, its contours, and our clients’ unique needs.
