OUR SERVICES
At Construction Plus, we offer a comprehensive range of building and design services tailored to suit every lifestyle and land size. With over 30 years of experience, we take pride in turning ideas into reality—crafting homes and developments that reflect your vision, needs, and future.
DUAL OCCUPANCIES
What is a Dual Occupancy?
A dual occupancy is classified as two dwellings on a single property lot. These can either be attached, like a duplex, or detached, like two separate homes. At Construction Plus, we personally design every home we build, which has made us experts in creating tailored designs that maximise the potential of each land size.
LOWSET DWELLINGS
What is a Lowset Dwelling?
A lowset dwelling is a single-level home where all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and other spaces are located on the same level. At Construction Plus, we design each lowset home to suit the land size as well as the individual needs and lifestyle of our clients. We take the time to create homes that are not only practical and functional but also built to stand the test of time—providing the perfect space for your family to live and grow.
HIGHSET DWELLINGS
What is a Highset Dwelling?
A highset dwelling is a home built off the ground on raised stumps or piers. Often associated with the classic “Queenslander” style, these homes feature an undercroft space below, commonly used for parking or storage. Highset homes are designed to suit a variety of needs—they provide protection in flood-prone areas, assist with termite and pest management, promote natural cooling and airflow throughout the home, and can capture views without the need to build a full two-storey house.
TWO STOREY DWELLINGS
What is a Two Storey Dwelling?
A two storey dwelling, also referred to as a double-storey home, is a house with two distinct levels of living space connected by a staircase. These designs maximise overall living space, making them ideal for smaller blocks of land. They also provide greater privacy by separating living areas from sleeping areas, with bedrooms typically located on the upper floor. In addition, two storey homes can take advantage of elevated views of the surrounding area. At Construction Plus, we work closely with each client to design a home that complements their lifestyle and reflects their unique vision.
TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENTS
What is a Townhouse Development?
A townhouse development involves constructing multiple, typically multi-level, residential properties within a single project. These homes are usually built in a row, sharing common walls and making efficient use of smaller land footprints to maximise density and provide additional living opportunities. Each townhouse has its own private entrance and often its own strata title, allowing for individual ownership of each dwelling. At Construction Plus, we have successfully delivered townhouse developments ranging from 4 to 52 units, with years of experience guiding clients through every stage of the design and development process.

HIGHRISE DEVELOPMENTS
What is a Highrise Development?
A highrise development is a multi-storey structure that exceeds a certain height, as defined by local regulations, and is commonly used for residential apartments or commercial purposes. Highrises are designed to maximise land efficiency in high-density areas while creating functional and versatile living or working spaces. Each highrise is carefully planned to meet council requirements, optimise design outcomes, and often take advantage of elevated views—offering residents a unique outlook as their “backyard in the sky.
