After looking at so many different houses, some old, some new I decided for what I wanted, I needed to build. You hear so many stories about issues building a house, it's a huge decision to commit and once you are in that is it.
I can say it was one of the best decisions I made. I have the house I want, it was delivered on time and the team were amazing. There were a lot of people involved in getting the house complete so it is impossible to name everyone but I want them to know I am very thankful for what they have done. Two people I dealt with through every step of the process were Teneal & Leanne, mainly Teneal and what an asset she is. Always available, always happy to help and nothing is a problem. I think i spoke to Teneal more times in the last 4 months than I spoke to my family in the UK in the last 11 years, this was a great thing as every aspect of my home was covered. Dealing with one person throughout and then dealing with someone who is invested in the company to monitor the build is the way to go. At the end of the build I have dealt with Drew, again polite helpful and nothing is a problem.

When we eventually decided to move from our first home of 48 years to a lowset house on a small block, we were faced with many daunting and challenging issues and decisions. After many months of searching, we couldn’t find a suitable existing house in our preferred location. So we decided to build.
After looking around and doing some research, we got in touch with Leanne at Construction Plus. This was a very fortunate decision. She was so helpful, constructive and creative in helping us to clarify our options. Her patience, knowledge and creativity guided our decision-making through all the stages of the build, particularly the design and fit-out. We were initially unsure of exactly what we wanted, and would have been completely lost without Leanne’s help. As a result, we now have a well-constructed and designed quality house that we are very happy with.
It was quite astonishing how smoothly and quickly the whole process went from design stage to final completion. Throughout that time we had many discussions and consultations with Leanne and her team, particularly Teneal. They were always very helpful, polite and empathetic.
Because we are retired and lived not too far away, we were able to follow the whole construction process closely and to eventually meet Drew onsite. He was always very helpful and polite, and a delight to deal with. We were very impressed with the efficiency and quality of the whole construction.

We chose Construction Plus to build our new home in Wynnum as they were up for the challenge to build on our very narrow block and the tight time frame we wanted to achieve. Our 2 story home was completed in 3 months and it was exactly like we had imagined.
Leanne was so accommodating to our ideas and input as well as giving us some flexibility of doing some things ourselves to give it our personal touch. Teneal from the office was a great point of contact and very prompt to responding to our needs.
Construction Plus made sure the site was busy with trades daily to keep up with the timeline without delays. Thank you to the team for making our first home build run so smoothly. We are delighted with our finished house renovation – it is just as we imagined it would be. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family.
